Yes, you read that right. Fall is here! Whether you enjoy Fall or not, here are some tips that might help get you through it!

  • Get on a schedule! It’s back to school with the kids. Scheduling can be nuts, and if you don’t plan for it, stress will begin to eat away at your mind and body! Find a scheduler, written, phone, or app. And use it! It will help organize and help time manage, hopefully easing your busy load!

  • Time Change Acclimation: Changing the clocks is right around the corner again! A week before the actual date, slowly begin to change your schedule. Start with a 10-15 minute change of the clocks and work your way through the week to get back to that full hour! It will help in the long run!

  • Invest in your lawn: Leaves are going to start changing colors, and although beautiful, it ultimately means you have to pick them up! Invest in your lawn by hiring a cleaning crew, buying a blower, or a larger/driving lawn mower! It will help your back by not having to rake as much!

  • Call us when you need help! Get on our schedule! Why wait? The weather is going to get colder, meaning your body needs more time to “warm up”. Many of us don’t take the time we need for this to occur and injury happens more easily! Don’t wait weeks or months after the injury as it will take more time to heal!
