Hey Everyone!

I hope everyone is staying healthy and active! I know with our stay-at-home ways right now, it could getting easy to be comfortable on the couch with a drink in hand. BUT, it is imperative we keep on moving! No matter what it is, any movement is beneficial! With the warmer weather I have been going on 2-3 mile walks with my dog, Bentley, each day! It feels great to get some fresh air! I also have been doing some at home workouts which require little to no equipment!

I wanted to share with you my top 5 fitness accounts and apps that I am currently using, or have used in the past! Strength, cardio, easy, and difficult- this list has it all!

So, here we go!

London_Fitness_Guy

Activity Level: Easy, Intermediate

James Sterling is a personal trainer from London! His social media accounts are top notch with FREE at home workouts! No equipment necessary for these workouts, and easy enough to modify as needed! His APP LFG is available to download on your mobile device, and right now he is offering FREE 7 day body weight workouts just with his APP download. From there, if you like it, you can decide to pay for more! I personally have been performing his workouts and they get your sweat on!


Centr

Activity Level: Easy, Intermediate, Advanced

Centr is Thor himself, Chris Hemsworth, company and APP. It allows you to choose your activity level. It gives you workouts that include: strength training, body weight training, HIIT, yoga, and many more! Not only does it offer fitness advice, but, it also guides your nutrition AND mental health! It is a FULL service APP! Right now, Centr, is offering a FREE 6 week trial! Yes, you do have to sign up with a credit card, BUT, just make sure you cancel before they charge you! If you like it, keep going! I currently am signed up and ready for some more Coronavirus Gains!


Peleton Digital

Activity Level: Easy, Intermediate, Advanced

Yes, this is THE Peleton! But, did you know it can be much more than just treadmill and cycle?! Peleton Digital offers a mix of strength, cardio, cycle, yoga, and meditation. You can choose LIVE classes or pre-recorded, specific coaches, and/or activity levels. I personally used this all last summer while running outside as it coaches you through your runs which I loved! It also has great playlists as well! Right now they are offering 90 days FREE TRIAL! It’s getting warmer, go ahead and go out for a run!


BJ Gaddour

Activity Level: Advanced

Former Men’s Health Fitness Director, BJ Gaddour brings comical relief with intense strength training! BJ social media accounts are filled with advanced at-home workouts. Some are body weight, other require some serious equipment. I have personally been following BJ for years. He does offer an online program as well! If you are looking for some intense workouts with some laughs, then give him a follow!


Jeremy Scott Fitness

Activity Level: Advanced

Jeremy Scott is a former collegiate basketball player turned fitness guru. He offers gut-wrenching workouts and finishers that will leave you dripping in sweat! Along with being a Men’s Health ambassador, he is an author and has his own podcast! He is all about positive vibes and his accounts definitely portray that! I have personally been a follower of his for a few years and his workouts are no joke. He is also an online coach so if you like his account, feel free to personally get coached by him!
