about Dr. Rae

Dr. Lindsay Rae, a native of Pittsford, NY, graduated from Pittsford Sutherland High School and received a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Geneseo. A passion for the outdoors, and a degree in Geography/Geology took her around the country as a white water raft guide before entering New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY. It is here that Lindsay found her true calling, excelling in all science classes and found a particularly keen interest in neuroscience. These strengths led her to tutor and lead many anatomy and neuroscience labs.
While completing her doctorate degree, Lindsay had the opportunity to intern at the

- Seneca Falls Health Center
As a sports club intern and life-long sports enthusiast, she was able to treat many athletes at various venues around New York State such as the Boilermaker and the Musselman Triathlon.
Dr. Rae has received awards in Diagnostic Imaging, as well as a Distinguished Service Award in the Basic Sciences. She was a member of the Phi Chi Omega Honor Society and graduated summa cum-laude and Valedictorian of her class.
She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, the New York State Chiropractic Association and is licensed as a Doctor of Chiropractic in New York State. Training in Active Release Technique has certified Dr. Rae in treating the upper extremity with this technique.
She has found chiropractic care greatly helped reduce the low back pain she experienced while pregnant with her first son Nolan, and is again being adjusted regularly with the pregnancy of her second son Miles. Her maternity experiences with chiropractic leads her help other women with maternity related pains due to structural imbalances. In her free time she and her husband enjoy training recreationally for triathlons and can be found biking or running around the hills of Mendon in the summertime with their two sons.
